After dealing exclusively on-line for many years under the guise of Hope And Glory Vintage Collectables, Pete has grabbed the chance to take his place in The Pantiles Arcade and establish a physical presence in his home town.

 

The primary focus of Pete’s business is 20th century toys, games and collectables – with an inventory of items to which the vast majority of us can relate to closely. It can be a rather rude awakening to encounter something that you once owned as a child being offered for sale in the rarified atmosphere of an antiques emporium, as well as a reminder to be a little more discerning than may have been the case if you set about clearing out the attic!

 

As well as toys and games, Pete also specialises in badges, pennants and other ephemera relating to the Scouting and Guiding movements, and has many highly collectable items from the Britains, Dinky and Subbuteo catalogues.
